Dear Zontians,
I invite you to attend the D23 Meeting on Sunday 5th June.
Normally, a district meeting is held at the start of an International Convention. Due to the Convention being reduced by one day this year, ZI has asked that all districts hold a District Meeting prior to Convention to install our new Board and engage with those attending Convention. Governor Elect Kay will also introduce her Committee Chairs and other district officers for the coming biennium.
The District 23 Meeting will be via Zoom and the link has been set up below.
I do hope you will take this opportunity to meet the incoming Board and be involved in our District meeting. It will only be for 45min -1 hr and the following times have been set:
AEST time 3.00pm
SA 2.30pm
WA 1.00pm
Some clubs with incoming Board members may wish to get together for the zoom so that they can celebrate the installation ceremony with their Board members.
