Celebrating a Decade of Dedication -
Honoring Miss Shirley's Chef Oseas!

This past weekend, we were thrilled to recognize one of our longtime Chefs, Oseas, as he recently celebrated a decade of dedication to Miss Shirley's Cafe!
In honor of this tremendous occasion, our team enjoyed authentic Specialty Tacos, Quesadillas, Burritos, Churros & more from local Mexican On The Run Food Truck, novelty ice cream treats, as well as an award presentation, during a fun fiesta at our Inner Harbor location.
Oseas received his framed 10 Year Award Plate, which is now also hanging on Miss Shirley's Inner Harbor 10 Year Wall of Fame, alongside the many other team members who have also celebrated this milestone!

 Team Member Spotlight:
Rosa E.
Rosa joined the Miss Shirley's Cafe, Annapolis team as a Prep Cook in May 2019. She quickly picked up how to prep the fresh local ingredients for our many recipes, gaining more speed and proficiency over her years with us.
Since then, Rosa has flourished into our Lead Prep Cook, and has taken many under her wing, helping to guide our new Prep team members with ease, patience, as well a friendly & nurturing demeanor. She even occasionally treats her fellow teammates to her delicious homemade Tamales!
When not at Miss Shirley's, Rosa enjoys taking walks or long drives to enjoy the local scenery. She also loves to cook & enjoy sweet ice cream treats with her family! Thank you for all of your hard work & commitment to Team Orange, Rosa!
