Dear Hollywood LIT Retreaters: Opportunity for Tickets below
There’s a new indie coming-of-age film in town starting October 21st called COMING THROUGH THE RYE based on JD Salinger’s classic novel, THE CATCHER IN THE RYE
This award winning film is inspired by true-life events about a displaced kid at an all-boys boarding school desperately trying to find his place in life and whose soul-connection to the character of Holden Caulfield inspires him to search for the reclusive Salinger for permission to adapt the novel into a Broadway play. His quest takes him on a journey into the mountains of New Hampshire with a teenage girl who becomes his ally. Along the way he discovers lessons about love, life, and character-evolution—including his own. Featuring Academy Award winner Chris Cooper and newcomer Alex Wolff.
Emmy Award winning director James Sadwith has offered HLIT Retreaters a pair of free tickets for Wednesday, October 26th at one of the theatres below. First person to reach me with the correct answer below gets 10/26 tickets.

QUIZ: Which of Holden Caulfield quotes below are in
THE CATCHER IN THE RYE? (trick question :))
"Don't ever tell anybody anything. If you do, you start missing everybody."
"The mark of an immature man is that he wants to die nobly for a cause, while the mark of the mature man is that he wants to live humbly for one."
"What really knocks me out is a book that, when you're all done reading it, you wish the author that wrote it was a terrific friend of yours and you could call him up on the phone whenever you felt like it. That doesn't happen much, though."
