Email can often end up accidentally being sent to the spam folder in your email or not being delivered due to spam filtration. To assist with deliverability, it is recommended to “whitelist†the sender; it is slightly different for each email program and service. To assist with improving the deliverability of emails sent to you from our website, we suggest adding our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) or domain (@jaws.org) to your email platform’s whitelist.
