STL County Police Chief Jon Belmar Speaks on Ferguson During a candid conversation with his bosses, Chief Belmar admits there were obvious wrongdoings in Ferguson while responding to protesters. Belmar stated "the optics made a difference, but you should have seen it in person." Must read.

STL Officers Wear "I am Darren Wilson" Bracelets Capt. Johnson comments on the revelation that some STL officers, including Ferguson police, appear to be wearing bracelets that read "I am Darren Wilson." Must read.

President Obama Calls Ferguson Embarrassing While speaking to the United Nations General Assembly the President acknowledged that America still has racial and ethnic tension. Ferguson Unrest Missouri State Highway Patrol Captain Ron Johnson held a press conference today. Johnson said two officers were injured, and one was hit under the eye with a rock. Also reported several other incidents that occurred during the "unrest" on the heels of Mike Brown Jr.'s memorial being set on fire earlier that morning.

  • Bail Fund Donations. Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment (MORE) have a bail fund to assist protesters. Click here to donate.
  • Nominate a Young Person or Apply. The Jamala Rogers Young Visionary Award is a $2,000 scholarship for youth ages 17-24 who reside in the St. Louis area and is actively working towards social justice. Spread the word or apply!
