Paul is a chartered surveyor who joined the Group in 1987. His responsibilities include portfolio asset management, supervision of refurbishment and development projects and sustainability.

Simon Calvert

CBRE Senior Director

Head of Midtown Tenant Advisory Group Simon has work in the London Office market for over 20 years and has experienced first-hand a number of market cycles and over that time has seen a dramatic shift in the way occupiers use their buildings. 

Over the last 3 years Simon has helped the Tenant Advisory Team acquire and advise on over 3 million square feet in Central London including clients such as Netflix, Google, Warner Music and Wells Fargo.

Nasreen Begum

Linkedin EMEA Workplace Manager 

Nasreen joined LinkedIn at the beginning of the EMEA expansion. and has helped source, selected and fitted out offices in Dublin, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Stockholm, Milan, Madrid and Munich.

Founded in December 2002 and launched on May 2003 it is mainly used for professional networking. As of June 2013, LinkedIn reports more than 259 million acquired users in more than 200 countries and territories
