ISAAC December 2016 Newsletter
Christmas Spirit in 2016

“Hope is not the conviction that something will turnout well, but the certainty that something makes sense regardless of how it turns out.”
- Vaclav Havel
As the lights glow on the streets, houses, and trees once again, we confront a violent world Jesus and his parents faced upon his birth.  On foot they escaped the violent regime as people in Aleppo, Christians in Egypt, just to name a few, who find themselves in constant violence and deaths.   May God remind us the light within us despite the unimaginable violence surrounding us daily.  On Christmas season, we thank God for the friends of ISAAC who have been light to us through prayer, participation, and financial support!  Your generosity propels us forward.
