Apply Nov 27 | Campus Engagement Internship

Applications will be open from November 27 until January 12 for spring semester Campus Engagement Interns. Penn State Hillel is seeking dynamic, creative, and self-motivated individuals with a large social network who want to dramatically enhance Jewish life on campus! Campus Engagement Interns create a world outside the tent of Hillel, in a way that is significant to the individuals they are engaging. You will have the opportunity to work with fellow students one on one and in small groups to grow your community. Given a stipend and a budget to hold events you see as relevant and Jewish, you will shape a new Jewish culture at Penn State!

On Campus | Hen Mazzing

An incredibly inspiring evening with Hen Mazzig. Thank you, Hen, for sharing your story with students at Penn State. Hen Mazzig is a young, energetic Israeli – a writer, international speaker, social media activist and advocate for his country. Hen served in the IDF for almost five years as an openly gay commander. Hen’s family comes from Iraq and North Africa, giving him a unique background for his talk, in which he shared his family’s story and the story of 850,000 Jewish refugees from Arab countries.
