In accordance with the provincial standard, thegallery is now open to all those practicing social distancing! We will be allowing groups of no more than 4 to come into the gallery wearing both masks and gloves. If you do not have masks or gloves, they will be available inside. Please take the necessary precautions to ensure we all stay safe - staff and customers alike.
Though we see the beginnings of things opening up again, we are still aware that this journey may be a long one and are making preparations for that fact now. Summer camp reservations are open, though no payment is necessary at this time. If the camp were to run, there would be new and intense hygiene restrictions. Our annual Newcastle Art Show may not be able to happen at the Newcastle Arena like it has for years. In the event that we cannot congregate by July, we are looking into a virtual Artist and Artisan show! Stay tuned for more info on what this event would look like. Canada day festivities may also look very different this year. Check our Facebook page for news about how we plan to celebrate while practicing social distancing.
