WFM is thrilled to welcome back Food Truck Bonjour Creperie!

Relax with a delicious breakfast or lunch crepe, a cup of iced coffee from Coffee Scoop, and a delicious sweet from one of our bakers (Apple Ridge Farm, Bucks County Cookies, Philading and Whisk n' Roll)

At the Market
Produce - Corn, Blueberries, eggplant, tomatoes, peaches, snap beans, are here! Plus golden and red beets(with tops), broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, fresh garlic(keep refrigerated), several varieties of kale, kohlrabi, lettuce, lettuce mix, onions, new red potatoes, romaine lettuce, scallions, summer squash, Swiss chard.
Herbs - Basil, cilantro, chives, dill, parsley, thyme, mint, sage
Mushrooms - locally grown and foraged
Flowers - Mixed bouquets and sunflowers
Meats - Pastured beef, pork, chicken, chicken parts
Eggs, Dairy - free range eggs, fresh cow milk cheeses
Baked goods - Wood fired oven breads, cookies, and other wonderful baked goods using local ingredients
Prepared foods - soups, salads, sandwiches, and meals to eat at market or take home, plus pickled, fermented and canned/jarred goods
Plus - Coffee, honey, dog treats, crafts, pottery, homemade soaps, and other gift items
New Vendor
We are happy to welcome a brand new vendor to WFM this week - The Wayfare Baker.
The Wayfare Baker is an artisan baking company which produces old world style, naturally leavened sourdough breads. Breads are made with organic whole grains locally grown and milled by hand using a stone mill. The Wayfare Baker will be with us weekly for the rest of the season.

Composting Fun with Krista Kopf, Master Gardener
Composting is a fun and easy way to help the environment. Stop by the kids tent to learn all about it and make your own mini composter to take home!

In the Music Tent
Kate Sottile

Kate Sottile is a singer/guitarist who performs locally in Bucks county. Her musical style is a mix of rock, folk and a little bit 'o country. She has recently written and performs originals such as Let Your Light Shine On Me, and Vodka and Cherries, as well as cover songs from the 60's to current songs. She resides in Bucks County with her family and is a fourth grade teacher in Neshaminy School District.

BECKY LIBOUREL DIAMOND is a food writer who specializes in reconstructing eighteenth- and nineteenth-century American recipes. She is the author of The Thousand Dollar Dinner, the unique story of a nineteenth century culinary challenge between Philadelphia chef James Parkinson and the Delmonico family of New York. The result was a luxurious seventeen-course feast that helped launch fine restaurant dining in America as we know it today. She is also the author of Mrs. Goodfellow: The Story of America's First Cooking School.

Warm Summer Squash & 
Sausage Salad

This is one of my favorite dishes for the summer if I am not grilling.  It all comes together in about 30 min and in a single pan!  Virtually everything in this dish is found at the market.

1 1/4 lb Italian sweet sausage, casing removed (chicken or turkey sausage is good too)
3 Tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 teaspoon dried oregano -- if you want to use fresh, use 1 Tablespoon, chopped fine and add at the end
About a full head of lettuce, or mixed salad greens, torn into bite-sized pieces
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium-sized zucchini and/or yellow squash, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
12 or more cherry tomatoes
freshly ground pepper to taste


In a non-stick skillet, cook sausage until well browned, turning frequently. Drain on paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of the oil and oregano. Let stand.
Toss greens and feta together in a serving bowl. 
Wipe out skillet. Heat remaining oil over medium-low heat. Add zucchini and in 1-2 minutes add oregano and oil mixture. Cook until zucchini is tender, about 4 minutes -- add garlic the last minute of cooking. Add vinegar and bring just to a boil. Immediately pour over greens and feta in a bowl and toss well. Add sausage and tomatoes and toss again. Season with pepper and serve immediately. Feel free to add chopped fresh herbs such as basil and/or parsley
