Well Bootcampers, what a few weeks it has been!
Aside from one very rainy Thursday, the weather has been glorious (seriously, if Autumn is like that every year, I’m never living anywhere else ever again!) and it’s been all go for Buggy Bootcamp.
We found out that Buggy Bootcamp made the shortlist in the New Business category for the Northern Beaches Local Business Awards
. A huge thank you goes out to everyone that voted; it really is much appreciated. Now we just need to try and win it!
And on a more personal note, I was made an Ambassador for Lululemon’s Warringah store. This is an amazing opportunity for me, Buggy Bootcamp and OzSquad and I’m hugely proud to have been given the role.
The Lululemon manifesto
pretty much sums up my outlook on life – it’s cool, check it out. And I’m not just saying this with my new Ambassador hat on - it is refreshing to find a company that stays true to its values and gives so much to the local community as well as creating damn awesome products. If you’ve never been in the store, go now for some new sports gear, a chat with the lovely ladies you will find in there or a free yoga class and stay tuned for details of our next event with them.
My Facebook mission also continues, so if you haven’t already liked us on Facebook
, then please do so for updates, photos and useful articles – I might actually start enforcing the burpee penalties I’ve been threatening if you haven’t ‘liked’ us. You have been warned!
Lastly, congrats to Gemma who won our Mother’s Day competition and is currently enjoying a free month of bootcamp. Go Gem!
Keep reading for details of new classes, potential health fund rebates and our day at the Mother’s Day Classic. And join me in my ‘I Quit Sugar’ campaign!
