The Annual Downtown Hyattsville Arts Festival Call for Exhibitors & Performers Now Open

Monday, May 4, 2015— The Annual Downtown Hyattsville Arts Festival Exhibitors Application and Performers Application are now available online. The Festival will be held Saturday, September 19th, 2015, from 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m and is organized by the Hyattsville Community Development Corporation. This is a juried festival. Only original artwork, photography, handmade jewelry, and crafts are allowed. No commercial merchandise will be accepted, unless it is incredibly unique and environmentally friendly in nature. Food vending is not allowed. Performances of all types will be welcomed for the mainstage. We welcome submissions from throughout the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area.

Important Dates

Exhibitors

  • Applications must be received (not postmarked) by 6pm on Monday, July 27th, 2015
  • Receive notification of acceptance on Friday, July 31st, 2015
  • Submit Tent Fee ($85 for an entire tent or $50 to share half a tent space) by 6pm on Friday, August 7th, 2015
  • Attend event on Saturday, September 19th, 2015

Performers

  • Applications must be received (not postmarked) by 6pm on Monday, June 29th, 2015
  • Receive initial notification of acceptance on Wednesday, July 8th, 2015
  • Submit Performance Agreement by 6pm on Friday, July 17th, 2015
  • Attend event on Saturday, September 19th, 2015
