MASTERS OF A GENERATION BEGINS SEPT. 30th, 2016

Please join me on Friday, December 2nd at the North Parker to hear a great talk from Robert Gurney, FAIA. All proceeds from The Masters of A Generation series are given to animal rescue facilites.

The event starts at 5:30 with drinks, and a meet and greet. The lecture will begin promptly at 6:00. Also, there are tickets available for the dinner that follows the lecture.

The office of Robert M. Gurney, FAIA has created a body of work that has won more than two hundred seventy local, regional, and national awards, including two National AIA Honor awards, six National AIA Housing awards, six American Architecture Awards and three national AIA small project awards. The office's work has been published in numerous local, national and international magazines, books and periodicals, and is the subject of a monograph, "Modern Order Houses by Robert Gurney".
JOEB MOOREFAIA
DECEMBER 9TH, 2016

Joeb Moore’s work has received over 50 national, regional and state architecture and design awards. In 2010 Residential Architect Magazine named him one the “Top 50 Residential Architects in the US.” Mr. Moore is currently an Adjunct Professor of Architecture at the Barnard/Columbia Undergraduate Architecture Department. His academic research focuses on the historical and contemporary relationship between architecture, technology, and culture. In 2006, Joeb joined the Yale School of Architecture as a Visiting Professor where he currently teaches the Housing Studio, focusing on issues of dwelling and concluding with the summertime student build of a community-based housing project.
