PIM Newsletter - April 2021
All the latest news and updates for PIM

Hello <<First Name>>,

The latest release of PIM introduces Annotations to photos! Once your PIM is updated, via the App Store, you will unleash the ability to Edit your photo. This allows you to add notes, insert arrows, draw and highlight areas from within the PIM camera screen. A picture tells a thousand words, but with Annotations, it's even more! You also can send an Annotated Photo directly from PIM to an owner, renter, tradie, or colleague at the click of a button. Fast, clear, seamless! Check out more below.

Coming soon! There are deeper Integrations about! Following on the improvements with PropertyTree, the next major integration improvement is with Chintaro Cloud. Watch this space in the next few weeks for an update on a simpler, more feature-rich, and definitely 'less clunky' workflow between PIM and Chintaro Cloud users. Download scheduled inspections directly into PIM, Upload reports, maintenance issues, photos, and more back into Chintaro Cloud. Brilliant!

Let us know what you think of our new features and we always welcome your feedback.

All the best from the PIM Team

Property Tree Improvements - Delivering Better Communication

Introduced in the previous version of PIM, Property Tree users can now experience a simple end-to-end solution that delivers deeper integration allowing better communication between you and your landlords and tenants.

The callouts from PIM such as Tenant Summary and Maintenance Required can now be pushed back into Property Tree, along with your Inspection report, and this data then populates the Follow-up and Action Items for Owners and Tenants.

Our Property Tree Video and Guide has been refreshed to help you can find out more and includes our latest tips on using Smart Property Profiles in PIM and Property Tree to help you set up your Inspections faster than ever before!

Check it out in action below. Screenshots depicting PIM Callouts and the Property Tree Inspection Dashboard.
