PIM Newsletter - March 2021
All the latest news and updates for PIM

Hello <<First Name>>,

It's time to update your PIM app! The latest version is now out and contains improvements and updates so if you haven't already, backup PIM and upgrade from the App Store

Every now and then residential tenancy laws in Australia are updated and we make sure the reports in PIM are ready to go and fit the legislation requirements. With the new Victorian residential tenancy laws coming into effect on 29th March 2021, we will be updating the Entry and Exit condition reports to include requirements around communication and safety requirements. Victorian customers find out more below.

Plus the latest improvements between PropertyTree and PIM are now live - delivering deeper integration and better communication possibilities for you.

In PIM you can now produce and submit customised reports for tenants and landlords, and, for the first time, populate the Owner Notes/Follow Up Items/ Tenant Notes/Action Notes directly into PropertyTree. How good is that!

All the best from the PIM Team

Changes to Victorian Condition Reports

For our Victorian customers, we will be rolling out changes to your Condition Reports. And don't forget, questions specific to Victorian State Legislation can now be included and completed within PIM as part of your complete digital workflow solution. If you haven't already please contact us if you require the new Victorian Condition Reports for your office or wish to enquire about using PIM and populating the additional questions in your condition reports, including digital signatures.

Property Tree Improvements - Delivering Better Communication

With the latest version of PIM, our Property Tree users can now experience a simple end-to-end solution that delivers deeper integration allowing better communication between you and your landlords and tenants.

The callouts from PIM such as Tenant Summary and Maintenance Required can now be pushed back into Property Tree, along with your Inspection report, and this data then populates the Follow-up and Action Items for Owners and Tenants.

Our Property Tree Video and Guide has been refreshed to help you can find out more and includes our latest tips on using Smart Property Profiles in PIM and Property Tree to help you set up your Inspections faster than ever before!

Check it out in action below. Screenshots depicting PIM Callouts and the Property Tree Inspection Dashboard.

All-New Camera in PIM

The revamped camera module is now available making it even easier to take single and multi-shot photos. Plus for those devices which support it, we have also added a quick access Torch Mode so you can peek inside dark areas whilst taking photos. How handy is that! Find out more

Plus coming soon with our new markup capability highlighting maintenance issues will be a breeze!
