Ashland International Film Festival 2016

Thank you to the Ashland Independent Film for your hospitality and to the attendees for awarding Voyagers Without Trace the Audience Award for Best Documentary Feature! Our crew had a wonderful time at the festival, speaking with the audience, enjoying festival after-parties and the beautiful mountains surrounding Ashland. The audience response to Voyagers' four screenings was both enthusiastic and engaging. Thank you all for a warm welcome!

Santa Cruz Film Festival

We're honored to share Voyagers at Santa Cruz Film Festival, June 1-5. The Santa Cruz Film Festival has presented director Ian McCluskey's work since his very first film. We look forward to returning to Santa Cruz with our newest, and most adventurous work yet!

Animas Days- Durango, Colorado

Voyagers is a film for all who love rivers, and Animas River Days is a celebration of local rivers in Durango, Colorado. Watch the kayaks from Santa Rita Park and enjoy a screening of Voyagers along the Animas River in downtown Durango.

Summer Screening on Expedition Island in Green River, Wyoming!

Expedition Island is where great journeys begin: the launching point of John Wesley Powell, the French Trio, and our team. We're thrilled to bring the film full circle, for a very special screening on Expedition Island. Presented in collaboration with the Sweetwater County Museum and the Western Wyoming College, the August 4 outdoor screening will include music and food, and celebrate the memory of the French Trio.

Fanfare from the River!

We're always grateful to hear from folks who've watched Voyagers. Central to the movie is the theme of adventure inspiring adventure. We're so happy to hear this response:

"Excellent! This film had it all for me.  I felt the excitement of a first timer watching this film. You really captured the timelessness of adventure.  I'm inspired to apply for a permit for the Green and or the Yampa now. It's been way too long since I've been on a multi-day river trip. Thank you so much for putting this film together!" -Carolyn

"I saw your film at the Dairy Center in Boulder and loved it. I'm just back from a 21-day rafting trip on the Colorado from Lee's Ferry to Diamond Creek and bought 4 copies to send to people on our trip. It's so great to see the footage from 1938.  You made a wonderful film!" - Kate
