Greetings Camp Friends,

Today (well, yesterday) is a day we celebrate LOVE! What does love mean to you?

Many campers say that they LOVE being at Bethany Birches Camp because it is a place where they can be just who they are and no one judges them. Sounds like love to me!

Recently, Amber ("Cheeks") Bergey shared "Meeting God in Unexpected Places" at a Women's Breakfast at Blooming Glen Mennonite Church in PA. She talked about there being room for conflicting feelings in our lives - like strength & weakness, confidence & fear, when we have Jesus. That sometimes both are present, but the love of Jesus allows us to acknowledge and understand the differences in the highs and lows in our lives, without allowing them to define who we are. Click here to listen to Amber's sharing! Click here for a more detailed summary of the breakfast, including money raised for the Pavilion Project!

The staff and counselors at Bethany Birches Camp show love to many campers every summer. They give and receive love. There is nothing greater than this! (See Mark 12:21).

Cheeks recently received a letter from a parent saying:
Our latest donation toward the pavi was from the boys. They love you guys and the connections they made at BBC.  Clearly BBC is a special place to them, and they want it to thrive. God is doing such amazing things through you and Brandon and the rest of the staff.

Building a new pavi will allow love to continue to be shared at Bethany Birches for many years to come. Can you believe we only have $500,000 more to raise? As we plan for 2014, we would like you to think of new ways that you can support Mission Possible: The Pavilion Project.

Perhaps you can host a fund-raising breakfast at your church, school or civic organization? Contact Brandon if you would like to arrange him or Amber to speak! Click here to listen to Brandon's recent sharing at Bethany Mennonite Church, VT.

Send your kids to camp!  There is still room in some of the Winter Camps, and Summer Camp is just around the corner!

Consider supporting the camp by renting the Bethany Birches Cabin this winter or spring. Info Here

Plan a fall trip to camp and volunteer your time and skills to the project! Contact Brandon if you have time to offer.  Your commitment of time will add to the total raised!

If you would like to donate, consider making a tax-deductible donation - you can give online, by check, or by phone.

May you each celebrate the joy of unconditional love in your life today,

Beth Goshow
