UWGB Campus Cupboard and Closet
The UWGB Campus Cupboard and Closet is a service that provides food, cleaning, clothing, kitchen and some household items to students who need a little support to help them as they complete their educational goals, or to not take on a second or third job so they can focus on their studies. An average of 45 students use the Cupboard each semester. Some of the students have unusual expenses in which they need support one time, others have limited or no family support and need food, cleaning or school supplies because they have $5 left in their savings after buying gasoline or bus tickets to get to work. Each story is different, but the need is present.
