Cover & Rossiter Announces New Director

Cover & Rossiter, one of Delaware's first and most respected certified public accounting and advisory firms, is pleased to announce Eric Williams as the firm's newest Director. Williams is only the thirteenth director in the firm's 77 year history.

“Eric Williams is a tremendous asset to our firm as one of the youngest people to be named Director; he has already done great things and the future is very bright for him.  He has grown our Captive Insurance Audit practice to be nationally recognized,” said Marie Holliday, Managing Director.

Cover & Rossiter is pleased to announce that Jennifer Pacilli was promoted to a Principal in the firm, in recognition of her contributions to our clients and the firm.

Since joining the firm in 2003, she has applied her expertise on many of the firm’s challenging and diverse corporate, individual, and international clients. She has established a reputation for her strong attention to detail and her dedication to serving her clients.


Cover & Rossiter is pleased to announce Andrew Johnson’s promotion to a Manager in the Tax Department, in recognition of his keen attention to detail and problem solving ability.

Managing Director, Marie Holiday noted “These qualities make Johnson an asset not only to the firm, but to our clients as well. He really enjoys the diversity of his work and the many facets of tax and accounting, from individual to corporate and trust income tax preparation to audit and financial statement engagements.”

Cover & Rossiter has a long-standing history as one of Delaware’s first and most respected certified public accounting and advisory firms and is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Masters to be a Manager in the Tax Department.

Masters joined the firm in 2004 after graduating from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting
