You can, then, by invocation in the name of the Christ appeal to that specific ascended being, although the name may be unknown to you. You may call to the ascended master who has mastered the particular step that you are now on, the specific test that you now face. And you may say:

In the name of the Christ,
    O beloved ascended master,
Whoever you are, wherever you are,
You who have the victory over this test,
I ask you to give me
The full-gathered momentum of your victory
    That I also might overcome
And leave in the records in the sands of time
For others who will follow after me in the victory. (p. 167)

Note: The Keeper of the Scrolls is the angel in charge of the recording angels assigned to every lifestream.  He is the custodian of the archives containing every man's book of life.  It is his responsibility to provide the ascended masters and the Karmic Board with the life record of any or all incarnations of an evolving soul about which they may inquire. This information is used for the purpose of counseling and giving the soul the duties and mission she is to accomplish in life and is also used in granting dispensations (of mercy or talents), initiations, or appointments to an office in the ascended or unascended hierarchy of the Great White Brotherhood.

Study Question 14

  • Please describe the dispensation that beloved Victory delivers at the conclusion of his dictation. (p. 171)
