HB 327 HEARING UPDATES

The House State and Local Government (SLG) Committee is
expected to schedule a hearing on Tuesday or Wednesday,
the week of March 7.

We understand the committee will allow limited testimony in the hearing and intends to vote on the bill after testimony is presented.

Next week's hearing date is a moving target, so we must prepare testimony NOW and make plans to SHOW UP at the Statehouse to oppose this harmful bill.

We cannot be silent or idle while our ELECTED leaders continue to
