Dagmar Amtmann, PhD, a health outcomes researcher with training in measurement, is Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle.
Amy Cizik, PhD, MPH, a health economics and outcomes researcher, is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
