Important updates!
We have had considerable exciting media activity of late, culminating in our colleague and friend Dr. Heidi Haavik being interviewed by Paul Henry on his new breakfast show. In case you missed it, we have featured the video below and on our website.  We hope you enjoy what one of our top researchers has to say about chiropractic care and its importance for children, and adults, suffering from 'text neck'. With my Chiropractors' Association President's hat on I must say my team is very proud of the work that is being done to stimulate interest in our profession.

Dan, our recent addition to the TBC team, has been promoting a public lecture by prominent US speaker Dr. James L. Chestnut, an entertaining presenter with considerable (20 years) experience. Dr. Chestnut is a feature presenter at the NZ Chiropractors' Association AGM and Conference held 31 April - 2nd May 2015. Dan encourages you listen to the video of Dr. Chestnut linked below. If you like what you hear then get along to his live lecture here in Nelson on Wednesday 29th of April.

That is enough to be getting on with. Enjoy the links provided and get excited for all the changes with us!

Kind Regards
Corrian and Daphna
What's Happening at TBC?
Welcome Dan Fogarty!
Dan has recently joined TBC as our Chiropractic Associate. He is a wonderful addition to our team and is already having a positive impact on our community.

Born and raised in South Auckland, Dan
travelled and worked in America as a camp counsellor before completing a business degree at Auckland University in 2004. He then worked in London for three years, travelled Europe extensively and met future wife Annastashia (a Southland girl). They were married in Queenstown in 2009.

A few words from Dan:
"I was introduced to chiropractic and fell in love with the philosophy of natural and functional health and wellbeing, I loved the changes I saw in my own health and energy. In 2011 I completed my studies at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic and we welcomed our beautiful daughter Beatrix into the world. She had her first adjustment at 24 hours old and became a switched-on chiro-baby!  Chiropractic care is now a regular part of my family’s lifestyle for natural health and wellness. I have the most fulfilling career I could ask for in working with my community and am thrilled to join the Tasman Bay Chiropractic team.
I see in my daughter as a living expression of optimum potential. As a chiropractor and a dad, I do all I can so that she can grow naturally healthy in mind and body to love and live a fulfilled life. This is what I want for the people of our community. This is why our practice is here."
The Block: TBC Edition!

An update from Corrian:
I am currently finalising the order details for our radiology suite. This will feature a brand new x-ray facility of high specification and considerable capacity to meet our future needs and growth. Daphna has been coordinating building alterations including new carpet with the aim being a refreshed look for the practice.

Our client management system will have an exciting new upgrade which will include voice recognition software! This will enhance our data and information recording ability and enable us to achieve our drive for greater quality of information. There are also plans to upgrade our computers and add further screens to the rooms for display of digital radiographic images.
