Community Notice: Silver Strand Rd Afton Stone Project to Begin

The Cheboygan County Road Commission will begin work to improve and upgrade Silver Strand Rd from Van Rd to Ingleside Rd on Monday, September 12, 2016. The project will take 3 to 4 days to complete. Keep in mind that rain could delay work.

Invasive Species Monitor
Chair of the Shoreline Committee
Chair of the Lake Access Oversight Committee

as needed (once a month) off-season.
The DLIA Newsletter is published twice a year - Fall and Spring.
Deadline for news and obituaries is 9/30/2016 for our Fall Newsletter.
We appreciate the obituaries being brief (300 words or less)
and relevant to Douglas Lake. News articles should not exceed 700
words unless approved by the editor. Please be aware
that any article or obituary may be edited to fit into the layout.
