Ballad in Memory of Shirley Horn
Chester Novello have finally published the rewritten edition of Ballad in Memory of Shirley Horn by Richard Rodney Bennett. A beautifully crafted heartfelt composition the piece was rewritten for the tenor by the composer himself. The work was first performed in its new tenor saxophone form at the RNCM Sax Day 2008 by TSi Director Andy Scott.
We welcome you to submit pieces to be placed within the Index repertoire list.
All submissions must be available in the public domain for anyone to purchase either from a publisher or directly from the composer. Please take in to consideration that we do not want to place any pieces that others can not get a hold of.
