NEW improved sign-up process!
We are asking all organisations that are interested in participating in ETW to sign-up on the new website.
For this re-launch, we kindly ask all who are interested (including those who have signed-up to participate in previous ETWs) to sign-up on the new website. This new sign-up process will make it easier for your organisation to keep your information up-to-date and indicate participation in future ETWs.
The new process is easy:
- All interested organisations (including orgs. that have previously participated/signed-up for ETW) should sign-up on the new ETW website here.
- Your organisation’s info (Org. name, country and website) will be displayed on the ETW website here.
- You will receive an email confirming your sign-up… and done!
- For future ETWs, you will be auto-emailed for each ETW to update your organisation’s info/indicate if you plan to participate in the upcoming campaign, which is why it’s important for your organisation to sign-up on the new website.

Is your organisation on the European Test Finder?
During the November 2021 ETW, the NEW European Test Finder (ETF) was launched. The ETW secretariat took it over from NAM-AIDSmap and we are encouraging all testing sites to sign-up! The previous version of the ETF is no longer available therefore we encourage you to sign-up on the new version on testfinder.info!
Due to the ongoing crisis in Ukraine and the Eastern European region, it is especially important to have your site on the new ETF to help displaced people find their nearest testing site to receive not only testing but other supportive services.
Additionally, the ETF will soon be expanded to include information about sites that offer HIV treatment, testing and treatment for tuberculosis, opioid substitution therapy with future plans to also include hepatitis treatment sites. This is a result of a collaboration with the WHO Regional Office for Europe which aims to ensure continued provision of treatment for Ukrainians displaced by the conflict. Initially, information will be available for Ukraine’s neighbouring countries, but we are hoping to expand to all other European countries.
To check if your site is on the ETF, click here. To sign-up, click here.
