Hello Friends and Art Lovers,
I hope that you have dried out from all the rain and made it through okay. Here's hoping that Summer will be relaxing and uneventful! Here is the latest:
Solo Show at House Concert
I will be having a one-night, solo show during a House Concert on Saturday, June 13th put on by Creative Heights and you are invited! In case you don't know about them, House Concerts are intimate music concerts put on in people's homes, usually featuring singer/songwriters. I will be showing my Neighborhood Series works. If you would like to attend, click to here RSVP.
You Did What For Eight Hours?
Ever wonder what artists do when we are away from your prying eyes? I will be sharing “a day in the life of an artist” stories and other art making fun on my blog. Read it here.

This month's inspiration is the simple pleasures of being at home. I have been on two really fun trips during the past month: Sanibel Island, Florida with my sisters, and Memphis, Nashville and the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee with my husband. It was great to get away, relax, and explore new things, but I am so glad to be home! Now that I'm back, I feel rejuvenated and ready to get back to creating. There is truly no place like home!

That’s the news and musings for now, thanks for reading. Remember, my studio is open to you anytime--just contact me to make an appointment. I hope to see you soon enjoying art!

All the best,
Cary
