Courtesy Update: Energex Assisting Ergon Energy

Please note, due to cyclone Debbie in far north Queensland, Energex is deploying field crews to assist Ergon Energy with disaster response efforts.

At this stage there is no impact on customer service work, however this may change depending on the severity of the cyclone and associated damage.
We may also assist Ergon Energy by answering loss of supply calls which could impact call wait times.
We will update you as soon as we have more information or if the situation changes.
