Girl Rising

YES Prep hosted its first Girl Rising exhibition where selected juniors presented their capstone projects about equal gender access to education to over 100 community members, including State Rep. Gene Wu, families, teachers, and supporters.

Alumni Spotlight

Alumna, Selena Rincon, graduated from Harvard in 2017 with a double major in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations and Romance Languages and Literature. She now teaches English in Morocco and wants to expand rights for families of children with disabilities. Read about her pathway to leadership.
