Pattaya property market is heating up
With the exception of an expected spike in tourists over Songkran next month high season is over. This does not seem to be having an impact on property investors' interest in Pattaya real estate. After a few slow months, industry insiders are seeing a strong growth in activity.

We've seen strong interest in recently completed condo projects, particularly in Pattaya's city center. This is in part the result of a decrease in new project starts over the past year and previously unsold units are now being purchased.

Well priced second hand condos across the region are also selling well. These tend to be of interest to those purchasing a private residence rather than as an investment. Many of these buyers have been put off by the down sizing of units in recent years.
Veranda Residence completion nears
Veranda Residence Pattaya is a new condo and hotel project being developed in the growing Na Jomtien area. Over the past several years, development has accelerated south of Pattaya, and this luxury beach front project is a winner.
