Condos in East Pattaya?
East Pattaya has always been known as a suburban area with many housing estates and villages. Recently we have seen condo projects from Thai developers. This past year has seen the completion of CC Condo on Siam Country Club Road and Mountain Condo on Soi Khaotalo.

Infiniti Condo is the newest East Pattaya launch. This condo is comprised of 2 low rise buildings with 152 studio, 1 and 2 bed room units. Studios are sold out, but 1 beds are priced from only 1.6 Million.
 
Rising Place Pattaya
As far as I know, this project is the first in Pattaya from a Japanese developer. The project is called Rising Place Pattaya, and it will be built off of Praumnak Road Soi 5.
Located only 5 minutes walk to the beach and a short drive to Pattaya, the location is desirable. There will be 110 units from 1.5 million THB in this 8 storey condo with rooftop pool.

Nova Group & Matrix to jointly develop The Orient Jomtien
Nova Group and Matrix Developments, 2 of Pattaya's most successful developers over the past decade, have joined forces to develop The Orient Jomtien.

The project is comprised of three 8 story buildings with 526 1 and 2 bed room units of 35 and 70 sqm respectively. Location is Soi Wat Boon just off of Jomtien 2nd Road, a rapidly developing Pattaya area.
Pattaya construction updates
Construction continues to move forward on dozens of new developments across the Pattaya region. The Grand Jomtien is moving ahead with strong momentum.

City Center Residence is Matrix group's first project in the center of town. As you can see from the photo construction of this 8 storey condo is progressing.


Zire Wongamat ready to move in "within just a few weeks"
Just two days ago I had the pleasure of visiting Zire Wongamat with a client. While there the work crew were installing the entry gate and otherwise readying the building for occupancy.

Other projects which are ready to move in or nearing completion are Acqua Condo and Atlantis, both on Jomtien 2nd Road.
