Many of us in the industry have been predicting for years that development would strengthen to the south, particularly between Na Jomtien and Bang Saray.

Why I like it: of course you have to love the name. But beside that, the village is neat and clean, in a location that is convenient to dining and shopping. This Soi Khao Noi location is popular with expats and Thais alike. 2-storey home with well maintained garden. Listings in this secure estate do not come on the market too often, especially at this modest price.
La Royale Beach 2 BR, 106 sqm, 7.95 Million

Why I like it: La Royale Beach is located on a Na Jomtien beach front location. Just north is Veranda Residence and just south is Centara Grand Residence. These new projects are selling for 70% higher per sqm than the asking price for this unit, and those condos are still a few years away from completion. This north facing unit is nicely fitted and furnished, and is a good value.

Why I like it: a truly spectacular house very close to the beach (450 meters), with sea views from the property.
