NDIS - Next steps?

There was a lot of discussion at the NDIS forum on Tuesday. Thank you everyone for coming and Watsonia for hosting.   Here are links to the presentation and video.  There will be an NDIS Readiness Group meeting 10 - 12pm, Wednesday 30 March at  Darebin Arts and Entertainment Centre, Bell St and St Georges Road, Preston.  Contact Evan Wallace to attend.
Some people were interested in finding out how Barwon NHs have engaged with the NDIS since it was introduced three years ago.  I have found out that none of the houses in Barwon have become registered NDIS providers.  People with disabilities use their packages to access the support they need to participate in NH programs. There will be a session at the NHVic conference on the NDIS, email me what you would like covered.
