Interview with getsix® employee
What is your role at getsix®?
I am the Managing Partner responsible for the day to day business. I take care of proper organisation of the accounting and payroll process in all of our locations. I discuss with our customers any of the difficult tax topics, and also prepare consolidation packages. I also have the pleasure of interviewing/employing new accountants, and what is also new for me, advising my team regarding German GAAP. As the only lady Partner in our leadership team, I try to bring a women’s point of view to our organisation.
What do you like most about working at getsix®?
I like that many different projects a running parallel with each other. Sometimes when people hear that I am an accountant, they think ‘what a boring job!’, but for sure, it is not boring at all. With every new project, there are new challenges, new opportunities to learn.
Is there any recent existing or potential customer feedback you would like to share with us?
Mostly the feedback I get from our customers is connected with our Polish tax law, they wish I could make it a little less bureaucratic for everyone.
If you could be someone else for the day, who would it be? And why?
I would like to be a rock star for the day! To see how different my life could be.
If you were stranded on a desert island, which 3 people would you like to share that island with and why?
It depends how long I should be there, and how much space I have on my island for everyone.
