Play Street this Sunday on Stewart!
Play Streets will transform a local street into a car-free park that’s animated with all kinds of fun, active and safe activities!  This event will feature circus performers, a children’s bicycle handing course, a cycle track pop-up installation, puppetry, a kids bike swap, a BBQ, and more! This event is free for all participants, and is open to everybody! To find out more, click here.
Peterborough Pulse is Officially Launched!
On Wednesday May 27th, Peterborough Pulse was officially launched! Pulse will be the city's first Open Streets event, and will create a vibrant, playful, and active car-free corridor between Peterborough's downtown and the Saturday Farmers' Martet. Pulse will take place on Saturday July 18th, 2015 from 9am until 1pm. To find out more about Pulse, check out the event website!
 
Last Days of the 2015 Community Challenge!
The 2015 Community Shifting Gears Challenge is almost over, but there is still one weekly prize and the grand prize ($750 for Resorts of Ontario) to be won! To qualify for these prizes, head on over to peterboroughmoves.com and log your trips. You need to have logged at least four car-free trips over the course of the month to be entered to win. Many thanks to everyone who shifted gears this year - you're awesome!
