Bike to School on
Car Free Wednesdays
this Spring

Active and Safe Routes has launched Car Free Wednesdays at schools throughout the region. Building a little active transportation into the day is a great way to increase daily physical activity levels and decrease traffic congestion in the school zone. This spring, kids can choose to walk, bike, roll or bus to school on Car Free Wednesdays. Visit for program materials and details on prizes for schools and families. #WalkTheBlock
