Congratulations Marquita! During a Sept. 19 ceremony, the VCU Staff Senate changed the name of its annual Virginia’s Caring University Scholarship Walk-A-Thon and Scholarship to the Marquita Aguilar Walk-A-Thon and Scholarship. Congratulations to David Wojahn from the Department of English! He has been awarded the Academy of American Poets' Lenore Marshall Poetry Prize for the most outstanding book of poetry published in the United States in the previous year for his book World Tree. |

Victorians Institute Annual Conference
The Dept. of English hosts the Victorians Institute Annual Conference on October 19-20.
