Say HELLO to one of our newest members,
Suyi Georgewill is a champion for a progressive SBC community that provides well-paying jobs to professionals so they can thrive and invest in the community as consumers and leaders. He joined the Shreveport-Bossier Military Affairs Council for the opportunity to take part in celebrating the well-being and contributions made by our local military members and their families.
["Our local community has progressed and continues to progress due to the innumerable contributions our armed forces and their family members have made here. It is only right that businesses, business leaders and community influencers commit to celebrating these contributions by being actively involved in organizations like this and committing resources to this cause"]

Suyi was born in Lagos, Nigeria and as a child migrated to Toronto, Canada. With an early passion for sports, he was fortunate to receive a full Division I Athletic Scholarship to the University of Southern Mississippi and graduated with a Degree in Accounting.  While in college, he was a multiple-time Conference USA Medalist in Track and Field and served as a representative for the Track and Field Team on the Student Athlete Committee. After graduation, he started a full-time career with Cintas in the Shreveport-Bossier market.  Now, as General Manager, he has worked to increase the local reach and impact of the Cintas business by championing profitable growth and employee engagement initiatives.  He has been involved with the company's local impact through organizations including but not limited to Susan G. Komen Foundation, Ayers College, Independence Bowl Foundation, Young Professionals Initiative, Strategic Action Council, United Way of Northwest Louisiana and the Shreveport-Bossier African American Chamber of Commerce and of course, the Military Affairs Council. He is married to wife of 5 1/2 years, Kayla Georgewill.
