The XIII World Congress of the Organization of World Heritage Cities will be held by the city of Arequipa from November 3 to 6, 2015. At the Congress delegates will be sharing valuable experiences in the field of conservation and heritage management, especially those related to urban resilience in World Heritage Cities. Alan Greenberger, Philadelphia's Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Director of Commerce will be presenting on the subject of Resilience with a spotlight on The Navy Yard.
