This month-long series of more than 30 open-to-the-public events will highlight the contributions of Italian Americans to the Greater Philadelphia region and, indeed, the world. 
A month-long preview of Caribbean Cuisine Week at 3 restaurants during October. The restaurants will serve one or two Caribbean themed specials in the month of October. Participating restaurants include Mixto, 48th Street Grille, and REEF.
Pack your picnic baskets and blankets for a FREE, big-screen broadcast of Verdi’s classic romance, La traviata, in the shadow of Independence Hall. Pre-show activities include a photo booth and behind-the-scenes videos!

Founded in 2008, PAAFF has become the East Coast's premier showcase of cinema by and about Asian Americans. Our eighth annual festival promises to be our most successful yet! 11 days across multiple locations in Philadelphia, PAAFF 2015  is expected to feature approximately 20 film screenings, speaker panels, cooking demonstrations, musical performances, and special events. Many of these events are highlighted by guest appearances from today's most popular Asian American filmmakers, actors and directors.
