Global Philadelphia invites you to our
Meet the 2023 Philadelphia City Council Candidates Event

Meet & greet opportunity on the future &
well-being of our World Heritage City!

The event is co-chaired by Michael A. Nutter, former two-term mayor of Philadelphia, and Harold Yaffee, Executive Committee Board Member at Global Philadelphia Association, and special guest Denise Nakano, of KYW Newsradio, who will be the emcee for the evening. Join us for a forum on how you as a City Council candidate would leverage Philadelphia’s World Heritage City status to best position our region on the global stage.  As a registered candidate for the 2023 election in May, you will be given the opportunity to meet other globally minded Philadelphians and to briefly answer a targeted question about your vision for our global city. Additionally, please send in your campaign bio to be displayed on the screen during the event, and bring any available selection of campaign flyers, pamphlets, stickers, etc. to share with our guests.

GPA members are exclusively invited to this private event to meet the candidates and share their input on the future of the city.

RSVP On or Before March 30th!
