Why do you drink so much juice?
- I like juice because it tastes good and I don't like eating my carbs unless they are chips.
How long have you been coaching, and how long at OC?
-I have been coaching at OC for two years.
What got you started in Crossfit?
- I got involved in CrossFit indirectly due to a bet that I couldn't do a muscle-up on my first try. I lost that bet and now here I am.
If you had one super power what would it be?
- The super power to have any super power I wanted.
- Any movement that has the most benefit to other movements and activities outside of the gym as well, so in this case deadlift or barbell hip thrusters.
Least favorite movement?
- My least favorite movement is the sumo deadlift high pull (SDLHP). I'm pretty sure no one likes that movement and if they do, they just don't know that they don't yet.
New Year's resolution?
- My New Year's resolution is to not have one. I just want to do things that I want to do within a reasonable amount of time.
