Which Class Should I Take?

With Spring Classes Approaching, It's Time to Decide

There are less than two weeks before the start of Spring Term at StoryStudio. Old favorites like Accountability Club Deluxe and Live Lit: Intro to Performance are returning alongside a whole new lineup of classes. But how do you know which one is right for you?

Don't worry, we're here to help you choose. Just ask yourself these questions and see which class is the next step on your writing road map:
  • Do you always get the biggest laughs when swapping stories at the bar?
  • Do you think you're funny, but struggle to create any humor in your novel?
  • Do you want to take a class with a Windy City Live- featured comedy superstar?
Then you should take...
Techniques of Humor with Kelsie Huff!
  • Is the setting you chose for your novel really exciting but hard to capture?
  • Is your memoir focused on memories attached to a specific place?
  • Do you admire writers who make setting more than just a backdrop?
Then you should take...
The Geography of Stories with Abby Geni!
  • Do you wonder how close you should be to the events in your memoir?
  • Not sure whether your novel would be better in first or third person?
  • Are you looking for a challenging new class that will take your writing to the next level?
Then you should take...
Change Your Perspective with Anna Scott!
  • Still not sure what to take?
  • Never been to StoryStudio and want to know what we're all about?
  • A fan of free coffee and cookies?
