Bone Marrow Drive
Saturday Sept 5th & Sunday Sept 6th
We are partnering with IMANA and CCN to increase awareness and provide an opportunity for ethnic minorities to sign up for the National Bone Marrow Registry.
There are currently many cases of Muslim children and scores of others who are awaiting potentially life-saving bone marrow transplants and ethnicity is a factor in finding a suitable match. Minorities are underrepresented in the registry, which reduces their chances of finding a match and a potential cure for the disease.
