Qigong for Charity

We are in the TCM season of the lungs now

To help prevents coughs, colds, flu's, covid and breath related illnesses, we need to keep our lungs in tip top condition.

To have them fully functioning, and this includes repairing and recovering quickly if already unwell, eat the right foods and practise qigong and meditation.

Autumn affects saddness, grief, depression

It's natural to have emotions, but not good to hold onto them. There are guided meditations to help dissolve those emotions.
The ones I'm most familiar with are Daoist Healing Sounds meditations for organs related to our seasons.

More foods to nourish the lungs:

Garlic, kale, broccoli, apple sauce with cinnamon. Sauerkraut, vinegar, sourdough, yoghurt, fresh nettles.
To stimulate qi deficiency; Rice, carrot, mustard greens, sweet potato, garlic, herring , licorice (not sweetened), molasses, herring.

I would like to do a run of 6 weeks Qigong to work with the lungs and their associated emotions.
