A super quick heads up

Because it's best staying away from each other ;-(  let's do online classes.

Content; various strategies on staying healthy, qigong and other self healing exercise, meditation and right food.


Mainly qigong exercises for the lungs and how to develop "iron shirt" for resistance to viral (and physical) attacks.

Building up defensive chi will go a long dodoway in preventing vulnerability to catching or succumbing to flu-like symptoms. 

You would preferably need a webcam to join, but if you don't have your computer science cap, just click on the link below before the time! 6PM, as the lesson duration is 40 mins. max until I start paying for the service.
