And with that in mind, weâ€™ve changed our name from Om Point Yoga to Cherished Life, a name we feel better reflects our mission, culture and philosophy. Our new name brings us more into alignment with all of our services: Yoga, Pre + Postnatal Support and Wellness.

6-Week Core to Soar Yoga Series - New!

Weâ€™re excited to offer this unique 6-week class by guest instructor and recent Philly transplant, Hadji Jones. Noted for his ability to levitate on the yoga mat, Hadji enjoys teaching high-energy classes that promote positivity. 6-Week Early Bird Yoga Series - New!

A new series begins April 28th. This class is great for you parents and late-shift workers. This beginner-friendly class focuses on proper alignment, increasing flexibility and gaining whole body strength. Work the entire body while learning and connecting pranayama (breathing techniques) to postures.

Start your week off right. This special class offers a holistic, therapeutic approach to yoga. Jose is known for dissecting asanas to deepen your knowledge and understanding of them with a primary focus on increasing core strength, breath capacity and intentionality. Learn more about Jose here.

Exhale Flow + Libations
with Vanya Francis
Exactly the way you want to unwind on a Thursday evening. Likened to a dynamic dance, Exhale Flow brings movement and breath into a transformative, balancing effect. Each class builds heat, endurance, flexibility and strength through creative sequencing woven with wisdom teachings, poetry and/or music. Following class, enjoy community and your choice of wine or fresh organic juice.
