RMPBB postponed, Hanging Flower Baskets are back, Deschutes Cultural Coalition and Deschutes County Discretionary Grants
Dear <<First Name>>,
Spring is officially here, and what better way to kick off the season than with our beautiful hanging flower baskets! Please see below for more info.
The Rodney Marsalis Philadelphia Big Brass POSTPONED
I am disappointed to announce that the RMPBB concert is once again postponed. The pandemic has affected touring groups in many more ways than we could have anticipated, and the Tower Theatre Foundation and I believe that moving this concert to Spring 2023 will allow us to present this performance as we initially envisioned - a wonderful community collaboration between our organizations, including a performing youth group element and educational outreach opportunity. All tickets purchased will be transferred to the new date. For questions about tickets and your options, please contact the Tower Theatre Box Office at 541-317-0700.
Hanging Flower Baskets are back!
Now in our third year, we have been repeatedly told that these baskets are the highest quality people have ever purchased! Funds raised are earmarked for our unique and extensive Educational Outreach - thank you for your consideration and support of our important programs for our region's youth.
Deschutes Cultural Coalition and Deschutes County Discretionary Grants
We are thrilled to receive two grants recently to help make possible our second season of our Pop-Up Concerts!, free outdoor performances in the community.
Deschutes Cultural Coalition (DCC) grant in the amount of $1,000: The DCC is sponsored by the Oregon Cultural Trust and supports projects and activities that encourage a greater awareness of local culture. The DCC also helps new and established organizations increase their capacity to fulfill their mission.
Deschutes County Discretionary Grant in the amount of $900: Discretionary grants are intended to assist eligible organizations with specific, short-term projects or activities which positively impact either a specific community within Deschutes County or the County at large.
I appreciate your time and continued interest in HDCM. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
