Year in Review, HDCM Board Matching Challenge, Oregon Cultural Trust Tax Credit
Dear <<First Name>>,
On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank you for your continued part in High Desert Chamber Music's history. This year was different from most, but we are glad to have found new ways to reach you, and grateful for your interest and support!
To recap... Our "season" kicked off with the launch of our new
Pop-Up Concerts in June. After presenting four events without a hitch, the final concert was canceled twice due to air quality in the month of August, but we finally had a chance to close out the year on a beautiful afternoon in September. Thanks to the
Sunriver Music Festival for taking this great shot in the Old Mill District!
We also introduced our
"Music & Friends Summer Soirees" featuring Southern California-based
Aviara Trio, and presented these events at private residences in Broken Top, Sunrise Village, and the North Rim Lodge.
To close out this year, we presented our
Fourteenth Annual Gala earlier this month. (If you missed this event, you can click on the video link to the right to watch it!) Special thanks to our host
Bob Shaw, and the
HDCM Board of Directors for the Virtual Paddle Raise matching challenge. Our supporters rose to the occasion and we successfully reached our fundraising goals for the event. I continue to be humbled by the generosity of our community and the support you have shown!
We continue to benefit from the partnership of our sponsors including
Miller Lumber, German Master Tech, Hayden Homes, Pine Tavern Restaurant, Ruiz & Grandlund Group at Cascade Sotheby's Realty, Tower Theatre Foundation, Bend Broadband, and Combined Communications.
We hope you continue to find an interest in our programs, and it's not too late to make a year end donation! These can be made on our website, by clicking the "
Donate" button to the right, or by mail to the
address below. Don't forget, HDCM is one of the
Oregon Cultural Trust's qualifying non-profit organizations and you have until the end of the year to claim your tax credit. Please click the Cultural Trust picture to the right for more information.
Thank you for coming out to hear the music this year, and I look forward to welcoming you back for more!
Sincerely,
Isabelle Senger
