Applications available to perform in a Master Class with award-winning CALDER QUARTET
The next concert in the 2019-20 High Desert Chamber Music season, presented by Mission Building, will feature the award-winning CALDER QUARTETThis concert will take place on Friday, February 14, 8:00pm at the Tower Theatre. While in Bend, the group will be presenting a Master Class for string instruments (vioin, viola, and cello). This event will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Central Oregon on Thursday, February 13, 5:00pm-7:00pm and is free and open to the public.
This event is presented in partnership with the American String Teachers Association of Oregon.

The deadline to apply is Friday, January 17, 2020. In addition, all students who apply will receive complimentary admission to attend the Calder Quartet's performance on Friday evening at the Tower Theatre.

Calder Quartet
The Avery Fisher Career Grant winners Calder Quartet regularly conducts master classes and has taught at the Colburn School, the Oberlin School the Juilliard School, Cleveland Institute of Music, University of Cincinnati College Conservatory and USC Thornton School of Music.
